Emporia City Commission holds study, adjourned action meetings on Wednesday morning

Emporia City Commissioners have a busy Wednesday morning.
Commissioners have an action meeting adjourned at 9:30 am Commissioners could approve a $ 10,000 funding request from Halfway to Everywhere, money from the city’s transitional tourist tax fund.
